Upon arrival in Siliguri, get transferred to your hotel in Phuntsholing. After check-in, spend the rest of your day at leisure. You can visit Bhutan Gate, known for its stunning architecture, or visit Zangto Pelri, home to eight life-sized statues of Guru Padmasambhava. Also, you can visit Karbandi Monastery, one of Bhutan’s oldest, perched in the hills and offering a glimpse into Bhutan’s spiritual heritage. Afterwards, return to your hotel on your own for a comfortable overnight stay.

Transfer to Thimphu

Transfer to Thimphu
Post check-out, get driven to the immigration office, and get your travel permit to Bhutan. Then, continue your journey to Thimphu, Bhutan’s vibrant capital, and upon arrival, check-in to your hotel. Afterwards, you can head out and stroll through vibrant Clock Tower Square, admiring the intricate traditional architecture. Also, you can explore Simply Bhutan, showcasing the country’s cultural heritage, or witness Bhutan's diverse flora at the Royal Botanical Garden. Later, return to your hotel.

In the morning, check out of the hotel and enjoy a sightseeing tour of Thimphu. Begin at the National Memorial Chorten, a stunning stupa honoring Bhutan’s third king. Next, visit the Motithang Takin Preserve to witness Bhutan's national animal, the takin, & stroll through the vibrant Handicrafts Market, where you can shop for unique local crafts. Continue to Tashichho Dzong, offering insight into Bhutanese spirituality. Later, get driven to your hotel in Paro for check-in & overnight stay.

Today, visit the Ta Dzong, a watchtower transformed into Bhutan's National Museum, showcasing a rich collection of artifacts. Next, admire the intricate woodwork of Rinpung Dzong, offering stunning views of the Paro Valley. Then, enjoy a scenic hike to the iconic Taktsang Monastery (Tiger's Nest), perched on a cliff. Ascend through lush pine forests, & upon reaching the temple, explore the meditation caves. Later, descend to Satsama Chencho Tshongkhang, and from there, get driven to your hotel.

Today, after checking out, get transferred to Phuntsholing, a vibrant gateway to Bhutan. Upon arrival, check in and spend the day at leisure, where you can explore the Chukha Hydropower Dam, one of Bhutan's largest, contributing significantly to the country's green energy production. Next, you can take a peaceful stroll along the Torsa River or visit the Palden Tashi Chholing Shedra, a renowned Buddhist learning center. Later, you can indulge in shopping at the Phuntsholing Market.

In the morning, check out of the hotel and get transferred to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/Bagdogra International Airport, making a stop at the immigration office. This is where your trip ends.
